Rovers and Rangers Club

Rovers and Rangers is Bharat Scout and Guide's upper wing. It is a non-political educational movement for young people that are open to everybody, regardless of background, ethnicity, or creed. The Movement's motto is "service to society." In fulfilling their total physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual goals, they will be able to become more responsible and duty-bound members of society and communities.

The movement's goal is to help young people reach their full physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens, and as members of local, national, and worldwide committees. Rover & Ranger is a worldwide recognized youth program that instills good manners and the ideas of a disciplined lifestyle.
