WorkShop on CPR BLS Training Programme on 20.02.2026

| On 20th February 2026, the IQAC and Department of Biochemistry organized a Workshop on CPR BLS Training for the students. The programme began with the warm welcome of the Chief Guest, J. Deepan Raj, Regional Sales Head, Lixo Healthcare, by Ms. K. Gopika, III B.Sc. Biochemistry. The Chief Guest was formally honoured by Mrs. K. Meena and Dr. S. Nirmala Devi, Assistant Professors, Department of Biochemistry.
During the session, the Chief Guest explained the fundamentals of CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and BLS (Basic Life Support) in a detailed and student-friendly manner. He clearly demonstrated the procedures and emphasized the importance of life-saving skills in emergency situations. The interactive session helped students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical awareness of CPR and BLS techniques.. many students learn the technics and do hands on in Mankin model The workshop was highly informative and beneficial for the students, enhancing their confidence in handling emergency medical situations.
