Career Pathways, Corporate Skills & Competitive Exam Success

The Career Pathways, Corporate Skills & Competitive Exam Success programme was organized to provide students with awareness of diverse career opportunities, essential corporate skills, and preparation strategies for competitive examinations. The programme aimed to enhance students’ employability by developing communication, aptitude, interview, leadership, and problem-solving skills while motivating them to pursue higher education, professional careers, and government or corporate employment with confidence.

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), in association with the Department of B.Com (Accounting & Finance), organized the Career Pathways, Corporate Skills & Competitive Exam Success programme on 27th July 2026. The session was conducted by Ms. R. Vaishnavi, who shared valuable insights on career planning, corporate expectations, employability skills, and strategies for succeeding in competitive examinations. Students gained practical knowledge on resume building, interview techniques, aptitude preparation, communication skills, workplace ethics, and career development. The programme encouraged students to set clear career goals and prepare themselves for both corporate careers and competitive examinations
