EVOLVE CLUB- WORLD IVF DAY 2025 – WALKATHON “Celebrate Women, Celebrate Health”

“On 25th July 2025, the IQAC, Department of B.Com ISM & NSS unit of our college jointly participated in “Walkathon” organized by Prasanth IVF Hospital under the theme “Celebrate Women, Celebrate Health” On the occasion of World IVF Day 2025, The event aimed to raise awareness about women’s health and the importance of IVF treatments.The event was flagged off by Mr. Manivannan, Superintendent of Police Avadi (Battalion 2) and Dr. Geetha, Director of Prasanth IVF Hospital, and the walkathon covered the route from Rakkie Theater to Prasanth IVF. Nearly 90 students from Annai Violet Arts and Science College, B.Com ISM department, actively participated in the walkathon. The students carried placards and banners to spread health awareness among the local community.

The event successfully engaged students in a meaningful health initiative, spreading awareness on IVF and women’s health. The walkathon drew attention from the public, contributing to a better understanding of reproductive health issues.
