Blood Donation

On 15th July 2025, the Chepauk Lions Club, Chennai, in collaboration with the NSS Unit of Annai Violet Arts and Science College, cordially organized a Blood Donation Camp on the college campus to commemorate the 123rd birth anniversary of Perunthalaivar Kamarajar, a great visionary and staunch advocate for education and public welfare.

As part of this noble initiative, the Department of Biochemistry actively participated in raising awareness about the importance of blood donation.

On behalf of the department, we are proud to have contributed 100 voluntary blood donors from various classes, making a significant impact on the success of the event.

This collective effort reflects the spirit of compassion and social responsibility among our students. We sincerely thank all the donors and volunteers for their valuable contributions.
