Awareness of Road Safety

As part of the road safety awareness initiative, the importance of reciting the Dua (supplication) before traveling was explained to the public, emphasizing spiritual mindfulness and seeking protection during journeys. Alongside this, people were encouraged to strictly follow road rules as a matter of personal and public responsibility. The session highlighted key traffic regulations, the dangers of negligence, and the role of each individual in preventing accidents. By combining spiritual awareness with practical responsibility, the message aimed to instill both moral and civic discipline among road users. The public was reminded that safe driving saves lives, and that observing road rules is not just a law, but a duty.

In celebration of K. Kamarajar’s birthday, a street play was staged near the Five Banyan Tree area, a popular public gathering spot. On 15th July 2025 On ”Awareness of Road Safety.” The event aimed to create awareness about the importance of following road rules among the local community. Through engaging dialogues, expressive performances, and real-life scenarios, the students effectively conveyed critical messages on road safety, pedestrian responsibility, the dangers of rash driving, and the use of helmets and seatbelts. The play not only honored the legacy of Kamarajar—known for his dedication to public welfare and education—but also served as a meaningful social initiative to promote civic responsibility. The audience responded with enthusiasm and appreciation, making the event both memorable and impactful.
