Solid Waste Management Program (23rd July 2022)
Annai Violet Arts and Science College, NSS units with the co-ordination of Chennai Corporation Ambattur Zone 7 organized the Solid Waste Management Program under the supervision of Ambattur A. E. Mr. Janarthanan, Mrs. Nirmala Zonal coordinator, Mrs. Dhanalakshmi Community organizer and Mrs. Nadhiya Animator at Thangal Park and Vairalkulam near Menambedu area. NSS volunteers cleaned the park and the pond, and also planting of saplings was done by the NSS volunteers and the corporation staff. NSS PO Dr.Sathy, Mr.Anbarasu and 15 volunteers joined this event.
