Seminar on Food Adulteration  (16th December 2021)

On 16th December 2021, Citizen Consumer Club organised a seminar on "Food Adulteration".  The program started with a prayer song. Ms.Dharshana, 3^rd Year BBA welcomed and introduced the Chief Guests Dr. P. Elango and Mr. Selvaraj. Dr. P. Elango addressed the students on food adulteration and briefly explained about the causes due to adulteration. Mr. Selvaraj explained about food adulteration and cited empirical examples that were being executed by food adulterators on day to day basis. Mr. Selvaraj handed over copies of the book on consumer food habits to the students. Mr. Nithish Kumar rendered the vote of thanks at the end of the session.
