Guidelines for Project Report (Institutional training)
The Department of Corporate Secretaryship’s Conquer club organized activity on Guidelines to prepare a project report (Institutional training) for the third year students on April 20th. The activity covered the business formation, Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association and Chapterisation, Company Overview, Chapter on financial statement analysis like Ratio Analysis, Comparative & Common size income statement and balance sheet and Results and Recommendations. The exercise also instructed students on how to use the tools ina a document file with respect to font size, style, margin, and line spacing are also included.
