National Science Day was celebrated on 28th February 2020 at the campus by organising a seminar on “Women in Science” inviting Dr. K. Jeyashree, MBBS, MD, Scientist D, ICMR, NIE, Chennai, as the Resource Person. She exemplified the famous women scientist and their contributions to the society. She glorified the women who are achieving their goal in the field of science and technology by balancing work and family simultaneously. She was proud to be a woman, as women, being honest and sincere; their tireless hard work flourishes forever. Finally, the Science Newsletter, “The Voice” for the academic year 2019-2020 was released by the dignitaries.
