The objective of Rovers and Rangers (S&G) is to develop the inherent potential of youngsters by providing several structured activities to make them strong and responsible citizens of the Nation.
The Bharat Scouts & Guides Rovers and Rangers is a voluntary, non-political educational movement for youth, open to all citizens without any prejudice, following the purpose, principles, and methods conceived by the Founder Lord Baden Powell in 1907. The movement aims to develop the skills of youth by helping them achieve their full potential as individuals.
The State Organizing Commissioner of Scouts, Mr. K. Kamalakannan informed students about the principles of Scouts and Guides. He encouraged the Rovers and Rangers crew through Scout Clappings and games.
