FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Annai Violet Arts and Science College conducted a faculty development program on “The Role of a Teacher Redefined” on Saturday, the 7th December, 2019. Dr. Kamalabalakrishnan, Principal, felicitated the Cheif Guest Ln. Kishore Srinivasan, MBA, P. R. Head, CSR & Public Relations, RIPE Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd, (A Premium Global Training Academy) gave a brief lecture on how to make use of the students by developing their abilities to think critically, solve problems, make informed judgments, and create knowledge that benefits for themselves and for the society. An activity based session made the teachers to ensure and redefine the role of a teacher. The programme came to an end with the vote of thanks by Mrs. Japhia Solomon, the Vice-Principal of the college.
